2 tbsp of oil
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tbs of sugar
3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 finely chopped chilli pepper
Step 1: Season your chicken with garlic, soy sauce, chilli pepper, ginger, sugar and vinegar, and allow your vegan chicken to marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
Step 2: Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Add some oil into a frying pan over medium heat and fry your chicken until it turns golden brown.
Step 4: Mix the sauce and chicken until the mixture boils.
