Future Farm
Fully Loaded Nachos

Ingredients

1-Pack – Future Farm vegan mince

1-Pack Nacho crisps

1-tsp cumin

1-tsp Mexican seasoning

1-tsp smoked paprika

1-tsp balsamic vinegar

1-tbsp olive oil

A handful of chopped coriander

Finely diced half red onions

A cup of finely chopped cherry tomatoes

Grated vegan cheese

Pico de Gallo

Toppings:

Fresh coriander, guacamole, green chillies, pickled cabbage and vegan sour cream. You can include any other toppings that match your personal tastes or preferences.

Method

Step 1: Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 2: Add some oil to a pan and add your Future Farm vegan mince. Break up the mince using a spatula to cook evenly.

Step 3: Add paprika, cumin and Mexican seasoning. Mix well while coating your mince thoroughly with the seasoning. Fry for five minutes

Step 4: While your mince is cooking, add coriander, tomatoes, red onions, balsamic vinegar and olive oil to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season and set aside.

Step 5: When the mince is properly cooked, add half of the nachos to a skillet or dish and grate your vegan cheese in before topping up with the remaining nachos and grating more cheese on top. Place in the preheat oven and cook for 15 minutes. Alternatively, cook until all the cheese has melted.

Add as much vegan cheese as you like.

Step 6: When the vegan cheese melts and the nachos are hot enough, add the vegan mince on top of your nachos.

Step 7: Finish by adding the guacamole, Pico de Gallo, green chillies, pickled cabbage, sour cream and/or any other desired topping. You can use one/a combination of any toppings above or other desired toppings.

Step 8: Enjoy your Future Farm fully loaded nachos free of animal-based meat and products, but rivals the real thing in taste!
